I don’t want anything for the holidays this year. Don’t buy me something just to get me something. My house is full of clutter already. But, just because I say I don’t want anything doesn’t mean I want nothing. I want thoughtful gifts, things I can actually use and experiences I really need. Here are some ideas for the person who has everything, the person who doesn’t like receiving gifts… or pretty much anyone.
Homemade recipe book
Collect your favorite recipes, make copies of them and arrange them in a booklet. It doesn’t have to be fancy. Your giftee is sure to love this selection of hand-picked recipes.
Household products basket
Everyone needs to clean their house, even minimalists. Arrange a basket of eco-friendly, high quality cleaning products. You can make a basket with general cleaner, chemical-free laundry detergent, quality rags and homemade cleaner. It’s easy to make your own cleaner–just combine vinegar, baking soda, and tea tree oil into glass spray bottles.
Cookies
Who doesn’t like cookies?! Surprise someone with a fresh batch of your friend’s favorite kind.
Massage
Because every mom needs a massage. Anyone would appreciate a gift certificate for a massage.
