Delicious Baked Banana Pudding

Having delicious recipes on hand that are really good and at the same time give you a way to use fruit that has ripened too fast (before it spoils)will help your budget while treating your family to something they will really enjoy.

Bananas are a fruit that tends to ripen really fast and if you have something easy, relatively fast, and scrumptious to make with them, you will economize in your grocery bill by not having to throw them out every time they get soft. This recipe is ideal for that!

Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

4 very ripe bananas (still healthy)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup almonds, raw, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 medium size apple, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup soy milk, more if needed
1/4 cup dates, chopped finely (optional)

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

2. Grease a baking dish lightly. Scrape mixute inot baking dish and bake at 350ยบ F for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
